Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at rosaystore1@gmail.com with details of the product.

Note: 

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the items.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product package.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Accessories items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Cancellations are accepted only before order processing/production starts. Once processing/production begins, the order cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for a refund unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
